Extract the zip file and copy this file "loader-wizard.php" to "C:\wamp64\www/"

Launch the Loader Wizard script in your browser.
For example:

http://localhost/loader-wizard.php

Follow the steps in the Loader Wizard to install the appropriate Loaders for your system.
