Knowledge Base - Jomres Not Found in Extensions: Update

If Jomres is not showing up in the "Extensions: Update" of Joomla do the following:

Goto: public_html/administrator/components/com_jomres/

Copy: jomres.xml

To this directory: public_html/jomres/

Should look like this: public_html/jomres/jomres.xml

Now goto: "Extensions: Discover"

There you should see Jomres, now just install it.

Next, goto: "Extensions: Update Sites"

Now you should see this:

Update Jomres from 9.9.10 to 9.9.14

If that don't work, try this:

If the previous process doesn't work, then the next thing you can do is use the Joomla "Install from Web" tab. Wait for the Joomla Extensions Directory extensions to load, then use the search feature to search for Jomres. Click on Jomres, then install from there. Jomres will upgrade itself from there.

If that don't work, try this:

If all else fails, you can use the "Install from URL" tab, enter:

http://updates.jomres4.net/com_jomres.zip 

in the Install from URL field and click Check and Install.
